Radu’s arrest stems from his repeated engagement in criminal conduct and violations of U.S. laws, making him a priority for immigration authorities.

Radu’s criminal record demonstrates a pattern of theft and public disorder. He has been convicted twice for larceny, first in February 2019 and again in February 2020.
