Luis Allauca-Vargus/Ecuador/False Imprisonment, Assault x3

Luis Allauca-Vargus, a citizen of Ecuador who is illegally present in the United States, was arrested by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston in Manchester, New Hampshire. Allauca’s criminal history includes a disturbing pattern of violence and disregard for the law. His record features three separate assault charges, along with a conviction for false imprisonment and an additional traffic-related offense.

Allauca-Vargus has demonstrated a consistent threat to public safety through repeated aggressive behavior. His false imprisonment conviction involved unlawfully restraining another individual against their will, while the assault charges highlight a history of violent confrontations. These offenses led to multiple arrests by local law enforcement in New Hampshire prior to his immigration arrest.

Following his latest encounter with the criminal justice system, ICE officers took custody of Allauca-Vargus and placed him in immigration detention. He was served with a notice to appear before an immigration judge and is currently in removal proceedings.
