Lukasz Krzystof Smola/Poland/DUI, Burglary, Drug Possession

ERO Seattle arrested Lukasz Krzystof Smola, a 44-year-old citizen and national of Poland, on July 11, 2025, following his release from federal prison and identification as a removable noncitizen with a significant criminal history in the United States. According to ICE records, Smola has multiple arrests and convictions for offenses including burglary, drug possession, and driving under the influence (DUI). These offenses span property crime, narcotics violations, and traffic-related endangerment, all of which are considered serious under U.S. criminal and immigration law.

Smola also has a federal conviction for illegal reentry after deportation, an offense that occurs when a previously removed noncitizen unlawfully reenters the United States without proper authorization.
