Marcial De Leon Puac/Guatemala/Driving Under the Influence

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Marcial De Leon Puac, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, in Caldwell, Idaho, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful reentry into the United States.

Marcial faces two criminal charges. DUI creates serious public safety danger on public roads. He had also previously been removed and reentered without authorization — a federal felony. Together, these charges reflect a pattern of traffic and immigration criminal conduct.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Marcial in Caldwell. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Guatemala.
