Marilyn Marin, 34, a citizen of El Salvador, was arrested by ICE New Orleans officers following a review of her criminal record and immigration status. Marin, unlawfully present in the United States, has accumulated multiple arrests and convictions across several jurisdictions, reflecting a pattern of repeated criminal behavior and disregard for legal authority.

Her record includes two separate arrests for domestic assault, involving violence against individuals in her household.
