ICE officers arrested 19-year-old Guatemalan national Marlon Morales-Cante in Stamford, Connecticut, as part of a multi-day enforcement operation targeting high-risk criminal aliens.

Morales-Cante is in the United States illegally and has a criminal history that includes charges for assault, carrying a dangerous weapon, reckless endangerment, and conspiracy to commit assault, reflecting a pattern of violent and weapons-related behavior.

He was identified alongside his brother and other offenders during Connecticut operations that focused on “worst of the worst” removable noncitizens with significant criminal exposure.

Morales-Cante is currently held in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings, and officials have emphasized that his combination of assault and weapons charges makes him a priority case for removal to protect local communities from further risk.
