Miguel Lopez-Soc/Guatemala/DUI, Careless Driving, Driving without a License

ICE Denver arrested Miguel Lopez-Soc, a twenty-eight-year-old citizen of Guatemala, in Chaffee County on August eighteen. According to law enforcement records, Lopez-Soc has pending charges for driving under the influence, careless driving, and driving without a license. He has been in the United States without lawful status for approximately ten years and does not possess employment authorization. Records also reflect a prior final order of removal issued in 2015. These are charges, not convictions, and the criminal allegations will be adjudicated in the appropriate court with the required burden of proof.

A DUI charge alleges operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
