Liberian national Nathaniel Akeen was named by the Department of Homeland Security as one of 14 “hardened criminals” taken into custody in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, during recent federal immigration operations. According to DHS information reported by KNSI Radio, Akeen has prior convictions for robbery and for flight to avoid prosecution or confinement, placing him among noncitizen offenders with both violent and fugitive histories.
