Nazeeh Melek Ibraheim/Egypt/Over 20 Arrests, Including DUI, Aggravated Assault

ICE New Orleans arrested Nazeeh Melek Ibraheim, a citizen and national of Egypt, on July 11, 2025, following his identification as a removable noncitizen with an extensive criminal history in the United States. According to ICE records, Ibraheim has amassed at least 20 arrests and/or convictions spanning a wide range of violent, drug-related, and public safety offenses. His record includes convictions or charges for aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, aggravated assault by strangulation, domestic assault, and resisting arrest—each considered serious crimes under state law and contributing to his removability under federal immigration statutes.

In addition to violent crimes, Ibraheim has been arrested for multiple drug-related offenses, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV substance, and possession/casual exchange. He has also been charged with witness coercion, violation of a protective order, and interference with an emergency call—offenses that indicate a pattern of threatening or obstructive behavior.

His criminal record also includes numerous traffic and alcohol-related violations such as DUI, reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license, failure to report an accident with injury, and failure to render aid. Ibraheim has also been cited for public intoxication, open container, no insurance, no registration, and failure to appear in court.

Despite prior arrests, Ibraheim has continued to engage in unlawful conduct, showing no indication of ceasing his criminal activity. As of the latest report, he remains in ICE custody pending further immigration proceedings to determine his future status in the United States.
