Nelson Cabrera Eskobar/Guatemala/Robbery, Disorderly Conduct

Eskobar’s record includes a robbery conviction in Arlington, Virginia, along with charges for disorderly conduct and failure to obey a police officer in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Following a review of his criminal history and immigration status, officers designated Eskobar as a priority for enforcement, located him, and placed him into immediate detention under federal immigration authority.

He currently remains in ICE custody while removal proceedings move forward and is expected to stay detained until all legal and administrative steps toward his deportation are completed, with officials emphasizing the goal of preventing further criminal activity in the community.
