Noe Alberto Flores Sandoval/El Salvador/Attempted Rape Of A Child Under 15

Officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Buffalo arrested Noe Alberto Flores Sandoval, a 31-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, on August 12. Flores Sandoval was apprehended upon his release from the Wende Correctional Facility after serving a three-year sentence for the attempted rape of a child under 15 in Nassau County.

Records indicate that Flores Sandoval had previously been removed from the U.S. in May 2021 but illegally reentered the country. Deputy Field Office Director Joseph Freden commented on the arrest, noting the agency’s commitment to “keeping dangerous criminal aliens out of our communities.”

Flores Sandoval is currently detained in ICE custody while awaiting deportation. Authorities highlighted the significant threat posed by repeat offenders who violate immigration laws to return after committing serious crimes. Operations targeting re-entrants with violent histories remain a primary focus for the agency.
