Orlin Mejia-Caballero/Honduras/Domestic Aggravated Assault, Sexual Assault

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Orlin Mejia-Caballero, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, in Casper, Wyoming, on charges of aggravated domestic assault using strongarm force, unlawful reentry, and sexual assault.

Mejia-Caballero faces three serious criminal charges. Sexual assault is a felony under Wyoming law carrying mandatory prison sentences and sex offender registration. Domestic aggravated assault reflects violent conduct against a family member — a deportable offense. He had also previously been removed and reentered without authorization — a federal felony. Together, these charges reflect an extremely dangerous criminal profile.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Mejia-Caballero in Casper. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Honduras.
