Pao Choua Xiong/Laos/Rape, Child Fondling, Domestic Violence

Pao Choua Xiong, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, has a final order of removal dated Jan. 10, 2003, but remained in the United States for years afterward. Public records describe convictions for rape and fondling a child, with multiple reports specifying that the victim in at least one case was his 8‑year‑old daughter.​

Xiong has also been convicted of two counts of domestic violence, burglary, larceny and disorderly conduct, reflecting a pattern of violence in the home, unlawful entry, theft and disruptive behavior in public.
