Pedro Juan Andres is a 29‑year‑old criminal illegal alien from Guatemala who entered the United States unlawfully without inspection and was taken into custody during a recent Florida enforcement blitz. The weeklong operation, conducted under 287(g) agreements, targeted undocumented individuals with significant criminal histories across multiple Florida counties.​

Authorities report that Andres has been charged with resisting arrest with violence and burglary, indicating that he allegedly fought officers during his apprehension and is accused of unlawfully entering a property to commit a crime. These charges place him among the more serious offenders identified in the operation, alongside others accused of violent, sexual, and property crimes.​
