U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Phanomphone Thiravong, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, in Portland, Oregon, on charges of terrorism, marijuana distribution.

These charges reflect serious criminal conduct placing the public at risk. Criminal illegal aliens convicted of such offenses face both state criminal prosecution and mandatory federal removal proceedings.
