Phuc Trong Nguyen/Vietnam/Carrying Prohibited Weapon, Sex Assault, Rape

Vietnamese national Phuc Trong Nguyen was arrested by federal immigration authorities in Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge enforcement activities. Nguyen was previously convicted of carrying a prohibited weapon, possession of a stolen vehicle, sex assault, possession of a weapon, and rape.​
