Ramon Delgado-Juarez/Mexico/Sodomy, Sexual Abuse, Assault, Drug Possession

On July 16, 2025, ICE Seattle arrested Ramon Delgado-Juarez, a 53-year-old citizen of Mexico, due to his extensive criminal history in the United States. Delgado-Juarez has local convictions for sodomy, sexual abuse, assault, drug possession, and harassment. He is currently being held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

The convictions for sodomy and sexual abuse are classified as aggravated felonies under U.S. immigration law, particularly when they involve minors or force. These offenses make Delgado-Juarez subject to mandatory detention and render him permanently inadmissible and ineligible for nearly all forms of immigration relief. His additional convictions for assault and drug possession further illustrate a sustained pattern of violence, endangerment, and disregard for U.S. law.

While ICE has not specified when or how Delgado-Juarez entered the United States, his criminal activity placed him among those prioritized for enforcement. He was taken into custody without incident and transferred to an ICE detention facility, where he will remain throughout the course of his removal proceedings.

Given the severity and breadth of his convictions, Delgado-Juarez is expected to be found removable by an immigration judge. He faces deportation to Mexico at the conclusion of his case.
