Robersi Del Orbe-Sanchez/Dominican Republic/Homicide

Robersi Del Orbe-Sanchez, a 39-year-old citizen of the Dominican Republic, was deported by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers with the New Orleans Field Office. Del Orbe-Sanchez had been illegally present in the United States and was identified as a foreign fugitive wanted in his home country for homicide. Dominican law enforcement authorities had issued a warrant for his arrest in connection with a deadly violent crime, prompting international efforts to locate and return him to face justice.

After being located in the U.S., ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Del Orbe-Sanchez and initiated removal proceedings.
