Rodolfo Noriega-Lucus/Mexico/Assault

Rodolfo Noriega-Lucus, 38, a citizen of Mexico, was arrested by ICE New Orleans officers after multiple encounters with law enforcement revealed an extensive criminal record and illegal presence in the United States. Noriega-Lucus entered the country unlawfully and had no legal status at the time of his arrest. His repeated violations of state laws and disregard for public safety led to his apprehension by immigration authorities.

Noriega-Lucus’s criminal history includes a charge of assault inflicting serious injury, a violent offense that resulted in significant bodily harm to the victim.
