Rolando Hernandez-Benitez/Mexico/Assault with a Deadly Weapon

ICE Harlingen officers arrested Rolando Hernandez-Benitez, a 48-year-old citizen of Mexico, for violating U.S. immigration law and the conditions of his prior admission into the country.
