Officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Samuel Osoria-Flores, a 51-year-old illegal alien from Mexico. Osoria-Flores was taken into custody after authorities identified him as a fugitive wanted for involuntary homicide in his home country. His arrest highlights the agency’s crackdown on foreign nationals attempting to evade justice by hiding in the United States.

An ICE spokesman issued a direct warning regarding the arrest: “If you committed a crime in your home country, self-deport now or ICE will find you. Leave on your own terms or you will leave on ours.”

Osoria-Flores is currently detained by federal authorities pending deportation. Officials emphasized that the U.S. will not serve as a sanctuary for those fleeing criminal charges abroad. ICE continues to prioritize the removal of individuals who have committed serious crimes, ensuring they face justice in their nations of origin.
