Savin Seng, a 41-year-old Cambodian national, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following multiple convictions spanning violent, property, and weapons offenses. The record includes burglary, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, and domestic violence.

Seng’s convictions establish a multi-offense criminal history. The burglary charge reflects unlawful entry connected to theft or intent to commit a crime inside. The aggravated assault conviction documents an assault involving a weapon that placed a victim at risk of serious injury. The felon in possession charge establishes prohibited firearm possession following a prior felony conviction. The domestic violence conviction indicates assaultive conduct against an intimate partner or household member.

Following the completion of his criminal sentence, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) took Seng into custody. He is currently detained pending removal proceedings.

“ICE prioritizes the removal of foreign nationals with multiple violent convictions and weapons offenses,” said an ICE spokesman. “This case involves a pattern of criminal conduct including domestic violence, weapons violations, and property crimes that demonstrate ongoing threats to public safety.”

The arrest represents ICE enforcement against a foreign national with convictions spanning violent crimes, weapons possession by a prohibited person, and domestic violence. The case was coordinated between federal immigration authorities and local law enforcement agencies.
