Sergio Lemus Ramirez/Guatemala/Carrying Concealed Weapon, Driving Under Influence

Guatemalan national Sergio Lemus Ramirez was arrested in Fairmont, Minnesota, after officers discovered he was carrying a concealed weapon while driving under the influence of alcohol.
