Somboune Virachak/Laos/Marijuana Distribution

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Somboune Virachak, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, in Casper, Wyoming, on charges of selling marijuana.

Marijuana distribution involves the sale or transfer of marijuana to others and carries significantly higher criminal penalties than possession under Wyoming law.
