Teofilo De Los Santos-Romero/Mexico/DUI

Teofilo De Los Santos-Romero, 26, a citizen of Mexico and illegal alien in the United States, was arrested by ICE officers with ERO Seattle. De Los Santos-Romero has a criminal conviction for driving under the influence in Yamhill County, Oregon. His case gained additional attention due to his repeated violations of U.S. immigration law, including two prior removals to Mexico, both carried out in 2020.

Following his first removal, De Los Santos-Romero unlawfully reentered the United States and was again apprehended and deported.
