Tou Vang/Laos/Sexual Assault Of A Child, Procuring A Child For Prostitution

Tou Vang, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, has a final order of removal dated Oct. 31, 2006, but continued living in the United States until his recent arrest during a Minnesota enforcement surge. Federal and media reports state that Vang was convicted of sexual assault and sodomy of a girl under the age of 13, offenses prosecuted as first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13.​
