Unnamed/Mexico/Assault, DUI, 2 Previous Removals
On February 19, 2025, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Denver arrested a 52-year-old Mexican national who was found to be unlawfully present in the United States following two prior removals. The individual, whose name was not disclosed by authorities, was taken into custody during targeted enforcement efforts focused on previously deported criminal aliens residing in the region without legal authorization.
This individual has a criminal history that includes convictions for driving under the influence (DUI) and assault, offenses that have contributed to his repeated encounters with the criminal justice and immigration systems. After being removed from the United States on two previous occasions, the subject unlawfully re-entered the country without being admitted or paroled by an immigration officer, a federal offense under Title 8, U.S. Code, Section 1326.
Upon his latest arrest, ICE officers confirmed his previous removals and criminal convictions, and he was processed for reinstatement of his most recent removal order. He was transferred to a secure ICE detention facility in Colorado where he will remain in custody pending his third removal from the United States. ICE continues to take enforcement action against individuals with significant criminal histories who have re-entered the country illegally after being formally removed.
