Uriel Reyes-Morales/Mexico/Assault and Battery, Breaking and Entering
On July 30, 2025, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston officers arrested Uriel Reyes-Morales, an illegal alien from Mexico, in Wareham, Massachusetts. Reyes-Morales was taken into custody following his arrest history in the local area, including multiple offenses tied to acts of violence and property crimes.
According to local law enforcement records, Reyes-Morales has been arrested in Wareham on charges of assault and battery as well as breaking and entering. These charges stem from separate incidents in which he allegedly inflicted physical harm during a domestic dispute and unlawfully entered a private residence. The nature of the offenses raises concerns about continued threats to public safety and the defiance of both criminal and immigration laws.
At the time of his arrest by ICE, Reyes-Morales had no legal status to remain in the United States. After verifying his criminal and immigration background, ERO Boston placed him into custody without bond. He has been issued a Notice to Appear and will remain detained throughout the course of his removal proceedings.
ICE officials confirmed that Reyes-Morales’ immigration violations and criminal history qualified him for enforcement action. He will face an immigration judge in the coming weeks.
