by G. George | July 07, 2026

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Valerio Alexander, a criminal illegal alien from Panama, in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor through a sexual performance.

Sexual exploitation of a minor involving a sexual performance is a grave felony under West Virginia law carrying mandatory lengthy prison sentences and lifetime sex offender registration requirements. Crimes involving the sexual exploitation of children are among the most severely prosecuted under both state and federal law, and criminal illegal aliens convicted of such offenses face criminal punishment and mandatory removal proceedings.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Alexander in Bruceton Mills. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Panama.
