Vicente Montalvo Rodriguez/Mexico/Domestic Assault

ICE St. Paul arrested Vicente Montalvo Rodriguez, a 42-year-old citizen of Mexico and an illegal alien present in the United States. Rodriguez was taken into custody during an enforcement operation targeting foreign nationals with prior criminal convictions.
