On December 27, Los Angeles ERO arrested Victor Alfonso Graciano-Quiterio, 40, a criminal alien from Mexico. Court records confirm Graciano-Quiterio’s previous convictions for possession of a controlled substance, domestic violence, and using force or threat against a witness of a crime, offenses demonstrating both substance abuse and obstruction of justice through intimidation.
