Victor Daniel Villanueva-Herrera/Mexico/Indecency with a Child, Domestic Assault

Victor Daniel Villanueva-Herrera, a 34-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested by ICE following his release from local custody in Texas. Villanueva-Herrera has been charged with two counts of indecency with a child, a disturbing and serious offense involving minors. In addition to these child-related charges, he also faces charges for assaulting a family or household member and interfering with a request for emergency assistance—both indicative of ongoing violent behavior and disregard for lawful authority.
