Victor Manuel Manzano-Ramirez/Mexico/DUI, Illegal Reentry

Victor Manuel Manzano‑Ramirez is a 47‑year‑old criminal alien from Mexico who has illegally entered the United States on two separate occasions. He was most recently identified and apprehended during a Homeland Security Investigations Dallas operation that targeted human trafficking indicators and immigration violations at the Chicas Bonitas Cabaret strip club in Dallas, Texas.​

According to federal records, Manzano‑Ramirez has a prior conviction in the United States for driving under the influence, reflecting conduct that placed other motorists and pedestrians at risk.
