Welvi Valdez-Regalado/Dominican Republic/Amphetamine Distribution

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Welvi Valdez-Regalado, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, in Forest Park, Georgia, on charges of amphetamine distribution and cocaine possession.

Valdez-Regalado faces two narcotics charges. Amphetamine distribution involves the sale or transfer of a Schedule II controlled substance and carries significantly higher penalties than possession under both Georgia and federal law.
