Wilmer Perez Delvalle/Mexico/Sex Offense

by G. George | September 09, 2025

ICE New Orleans deported Wilmer Perez Delvalle, a citizen of Mexico. Court records show a felony conviction for a sex offense, for which the sentencing court imposed a five year prison term. After completion of his criminal sentence, deportation officers assumed custody under a final order of removal. He was transported from the New Orleans area to a staging facility for preflight processing and placement on a repatriation itinerary to Mexico.

Removal processing included biometric identity verification, collection of certified judgment and sentencing documents, confirmation of travel authorization with the Government of Mexico, and medical and security screening prior to departure. Escort officers maintained chain of custody throughout transport and documented the transfer in the administrative record.

Upon arrival in Mexico, custody was turned over to national authorities in accordance with standing procedures for repatriation. The certified conviction and removal paperwork now form part of the permanent immigration file and will be referenced in any future admissibility determinations. With the deportation executed, United States custody for this immigration case is closed.
