A repeat DWI offender fled the scene on foot following a triple fatality in Arkansas, leading to his arrest two days later and notice of an immigration hold placed on him.
The fiery crash in Little Rock, Arkansas, killed a mother and her two young boys a week before Mother’s Day.
The driver, Victor Napoleon Reyes, 33, is believed to be in the country illegally and was arrested on May 5 in connection with the deadly hit-and-run. Reyes also had an immigration detainer lodged against him by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Reyes was charged with three counts of negligent homicide, after police identified him as the driver involved in the head-on collision that left 31-year-old Breu’hna Hall and her two sons, Dax Barnes, 4, and Dyce Love, 2, dead.

Hall and her boys are the latest victims of illegal alien crime, particularly on America’s roadways, and her heartbroken family members have joined the grieving group of “Angel Families.”
Following Reyes’ arrest by the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division, he pleaded not guilty to all three counts at an initial court appearance. According to jail records, Reyes remains lodged at the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $350,000 bond and is also subject to an ICE hold.
The triple fatality crash occurred around 9:15 p.m. Sunday, May 3, when a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Reyes, was travelling northbound on Arch Street, also Highway 367, in Little Rock, and crossed the center line, ASP said in a news release.
Reyes’ Silverado truck slammed head-on into a 2026 Buick, driven by Hall, causing it to roll onto the shoulder before bursting into flames, according to local reports.
Based on 911 dispatch audio, a responding officer said “be advised, it looks like one, possibly two fatalities.”
Hall and her two young children were pronounced dead at the scene. Reyes fled the scene on foot after the collision, according to the Fatal Crash Report from Arkansas State Police.
Police were unable to determine if he was under the influence at the time of the crash since he ran away from the scene.
However, Reyes has a history of DWI offenses dating back a decade, according to court records.
In 2016, Reyes pleaded guilty to his first DWI charge, which was in the 1st degree. In 2023, he pleaded guilty to DWI in the 2nd degree, while also pleading guilty to driving on a suspended license.
KATV Channel 7 reported on his DWI convictions but didn’t seem to understand what an “ICE hold,” otherwise known as an immigration detainer, means and tried to probe into Reyes’ immigration status.
