U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the arrest of five criminal illegal aliens across the country convicted of serious offenses, including crimes involving sexual assault, violence, and repeated immigration violations. Federal officials said the arrests reflect continued enforcement efforts focused on removing offenders who pose significant public safety risks.
The arrests were carried out as part of ICE’s ongoing enforcement operations targeting criminal illegal aliens with serious convictions. Federal officials said the cases span multiple states and reflect a broader focus on identifying offenders with violent records, sexual offenses, and repeat immigration violations who remained in U.S. communities.
Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said ICE officers continue to prioritize criminal arrests nationwide. “Every day, the men and women of ICE risk their lives to arrest the worst of the worst pedophiles, sexual predators, and violent assailants who have harmed innocent Americans,” McLaughlin said. She added that 70% of ICE arrests involve illegal aliens charged with or convicted of crimes in the United States.
Below are five of the most serious offenders taken into custody:
Dominic Esau Lopez-Hernandez – Honduras
Lopez-Hernandez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, was convicted in Gillespie County, Texas, of indecency with a child by contact.

Luis Perez-Jacinto – Mexico
Perez-Jacinto, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted in Monmouth County, N.J., of sexual assault involving force or coercion.

Douangpraseuth Manivong – Laos

Carlos Antonio Flores-Miguel – El Salvador
Flores-Miguel, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador and pictured above, is a confirmed MS-13 gang member and registered sex offender with a final order of removal issued in 2021. ICE said he has been deported four times, convicted twice for illegal reentry, and violently resisted arrest by assaulting officers during his most recent apprehension.
Ivan Rodriguez-Lopez – Cuba
Rodriguez-Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba with a final order of removal dating to 2018, was convicted of assault, methamphetamine possession, theft, and burglary, with prior charges including child endangerment and driving under the influence.

ICE officials said the arrests highlight ongoing efforts to locate and remove criminal illegal aliens convicted of serious offenses, noting that enforcement operations continue nationwide as part of the agency’s public safety mission.
