Osbel Izat Bonilla Redondo/Honduras/Driving Under Influence

Honduran national Osbel Izat Bonilla Redondo was arrested in Detroit, Michigan, on a charge of driving under the influence of liquor after officers observed a vehicle swerving and initiated a traffic stop.
