Binh Pham/Vietnam/Cocaine Distribution

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Binh Pham, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, in Atlanta, Georgia, on charges of cocaine distribution.

Cocaine distribution involves the sale or transfer of cocaine to others and carries significantly higher penalties than simple possession under both Georgia and federal law. Distribution charges carry sentences that increase based on the quantity of cocaine involved.
