Alberto Garrido-Martinez/Mexico/Rape, DUI

Alberto Garrido-Martinez, 44, a citizen of Mexico, was arrested by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) New Orleans following an enforcement operation targeting criminal aliens. Garrido-Martinez is illegally present in the United States and has a serious criminal record that includes multiple felony convictions.

His convictions include felony rape and felony incest with a minor. These crimes involved the repeated sexual abuse of a juvenile family member and led to his incarceration. Authorities confirmed that the victim was underage and related to the offender, compounding the severity of the charges. In addition to the sex offenses, Garrido-Martinez was also convicted of driving under the influence, putting the public at risk through reckless behavior.
