Anastacio Enrique Solis-Salinas/Nicaragua/Domestic Violence

Anastacio Enrique Solis-Salinas, a convicted criminal alien from Nicaragua, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement during a targeted enforcement operation. Solis-Salinas has a documented criminal history in the United States, including convictions for domestic violence and hit and run, offenses that posed direct risks to both individuals and the broader community. In addition to those convictions, he has been arrested for willful cruelty to a child, adding to the severity of his public safety concerns.

ICE officers located and detained Solis-Salinas during a routine operation targeting noncitizens with significant criminal backgrounds. His prior offenses triggered an immigration enforcement action, particularly as his continued presence in the United States followed a pattern of disregard for U.S. laws. Upon arrest, ICE issued a detainer and transferred him to a federal detention facility. His case has been referred for removal proceedings under existing immigration laws.
