Araujo Eliseu Alves/Cape Verde/Assault to Rape, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Boston Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) recently arrested Araujo Eliseu Alves, a citizen of Cape Verde.
