Fuad Farah Ikhbeis/Jordan/Sexual Indecency with a Minor

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested 57-year-old Jordanian national Fuad Farah Ikhbeis on August 22 during a weeklong operation in southeast Texas targeting criminal non-citizens. Authorities identified Ikhbeis as a criminal alien and child predator unlawfully present in the United States.​

Reports state that Ikhbeis was previously convicted of sexual indecency with a minor in 1995, a child sex offense that placed him among the highest‑priority targets during the enforcement action. His arrest was listed alongside other convicted child predators and violent offenders taken into custody as part of an operation that focused on removing what officials described as the “worst of the worst” criminal aliens from the Houston area.
