Jesus Flores-Miranda/Mexico/Possession with Intent to Distribute Narcotics

On April 13, 2025, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Denver arrested Jesus Flores-Miranda, a 31-year-old Mexican national with a significant criminal history related to narcotics trafficking. Flores-Miranda was taken into ICE custody following coordination with local law enforcement agencies after his most recent arrest involving illegal drugs and a large sum of cash.

Flores-Miranda has been previously removed from the United States but unlawfully reentered without permission. His criminal history includes prior arrests for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and law enforcement officials previously recovered narcotics and substantial amounts of currency during his arrest, suggesting ongoing involvement in drug trafficking activity. These offenses, along with his repeated violations of U.S. immigration law, made him a target for ICE apprehension.

Upon confirming his identity and unlawful presence, ERO officers placed Flores-Miranda under immigration detainer and took him into custody. He was transported to a secure ICE detention facility, where he remains pending the outcome of immigration proceedings.
