Jimmy Hoang

Jimmy Hoang/Vietnam/Homicide

by G. George | June 03, 2026

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Jimmy Hoang, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, in Rome, Georgia, on charges of willful homicide with a weapon, crimes against a person, assault, and a weapon offense.

Hoang faces the gravest criminal charges possible. Willful homicide with a weapon is a first-degree murder offense under Georgia law, carrying a mandatory life sentence or the death penalty. The additional charges of crimes against a person, assault, and a weapon offense reflect further violent conduct. Together, these charges make Hoang one of the most dangerous criminal illegal aliens targeted by federal enforcement.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Hoang in Rome. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Vietnam.
