Jose Juarez Soto is a 31‑year‑old criminal illegal alien from Mexico convicted of domestic battery and criminal recklessness involving a deadly weapon. He was recently identified and arrested during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation focused on violent offenders in the Chicago area.​
