Malcolm Sama/Papua New Guinea/Larceny, Computer Fraud

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Malcolm Sama, a criminal illegal alien from Papua New Guinea, in Waipahu, Hawaii, on charges of larceny and computer fraud.

Sama faces two criminal charges. Larceny involves the unlawful taking of another person’s property without consent. Computer fraud involves the unauthorized use of computer systems for criminal purposes — a criminal offense under Hawaii law. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Sama in Waipahu. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Papua New Guinea.
