Marco Antonio Heras Angulo, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico arrested in Minneapolis on Jan. 7, has been publicly identified as having a conviction for selling methamphetamine, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Public posts describing recent immigration and border-enforcement actions state that Heras Angulo, a Mexican national, was convicted of methamphetamine distribution in the United States, though they do not specify the exact jurisdiction or sentence length. The offense, formally treated as distribution or sale of methamphetamine under controlled-substance statutes, indicates his role went beyond personal use and into trafficking activity.

“In the face of violent attacks, ICE law enforcement arrested pedophiles, rapists, and drug traffickers in Minneapolis yesterday,” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a news release. “Every single day our law enforcement officers put their lives on the line to arrest the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens from American communities. We will not let rioters slow us down from making Minnesota safe again—something Governor Walz and Mayor Frey REFUSED to do.”
