Miguel Angel Larios-Toscano/Mexico/Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14

Los Angeles-based Enforcement and Removal Operations officers arrested 46-year-old Mexican national Miguel Angel Larios-Toscano on November 25 during targeted immigration enforcement activities. He is a registered sex offender with a serious child sex conviction on his record.

Larios-Toscano was previously convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 and was sentenced to six years in state prison for that offense, reflecting the severity of the underlying conduct. His status as a convicted child sex offender and noncitizen placed him in a priority category for immigration enforcement action.

Following his arrest, Larios-Toscano was transferred to federal immigration custody, where he remains detained pending removal proceedings to determine his deportation from the United States.
