Pedro Toledo-Yepez/Mexico/Organized Crime, Theft of Property

Pedro Toledo-Yepez, a 39-year-old citizen of Mexico, was arrested by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Harlingen for being unlawfully present in the United States. His arrest follows a series of prior criminal incidents that mark him as a significant concern for public safety and immigration enforcement.

Toledo-Yepez has a documented criminal history that includes multiple arrests for serious offenses.
